Lonnie McRorey is a seasoned professional in the technology industry, with a career spanning over two decades. He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Framework Science and TeamStation AI, two companies that are revolutionizing the Nearshore Software Staff Augmentation Industry using AI and Fintech.
McRorey's career began in 2012 when he worked as a North America Solutions R&D at FDV Solutions until January 2014. He then moved on to Unosquare, where he served as a Digital Enterprise Research Lead, conducting evaluations and analyses of engineering services from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, he joined ArkusNexus as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, providing advisory and strategic guidance until 2017.
In 2017, McRorey co-founded Framework Science, a company that aims to disrupt the Nearshore Software Staff Augmentation Industry using AI and Fintech. As the Co-Founder and CEO, he has helped startups and businesses build, manage, monitor, and foster technology teams, bridging the gap between product management and engineering.
In 2020, McRorey co-founded TeamStation AI, a nearshore staff augmentation SaaS platform that connects companies with software engineers and other technical professionals in nearby countries or regions using proprietary Artificial Intelligence models and integrated Fintech solutions.
McRorey has also been involved in several other ventures and memberships. He has been an investor at Otomo since January 2022, a writing contributor at Entrepreneur Media since April 2022, a member of 7CTOs since July 2020, a member of the World Economic Forum since December 2020, and a member and expert panel contributor at Forbes Technology Council from June 2020 to April 2022.
In terms of education, McRorey has a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Temple University. He also has a Diploma from West Perry Senior High School, where he studied academic subjects, and a Highschool Degree in Social Sciences from East Pennsboro Area Senior High School.
