Clients have the option to provide us with an MSA or use our standard document to redline and adjust with bilateral terms so everyone is covered and expectations are set in legal form. Our clients can choose between our U.S. and Mexico LLC Entities to better maneuver financial transactions and stay within a legal framework to optimize engagement value.

Our Business Model is long term with the option to transfer the team directly to your organization called BOT (Build Operate and Transfer)

Engagement terms
• Project Duration per Resource of no less than 6-8 Months (BOT not less than 12 Months)
• Resource replacement notice of no less than 2 weeks with 30 days to onboard the replacement
• Monthly Invoicing – payable net 15/30 days U.S. Direct transaction or International
• Sunsetting the relationship with just a 30-day notice to let us process the offboarding with the utmost security.

The statement of work can be issued by the client or by Framework Science for each individual resource proving software engineering services for a monthly staff augmentation fee. We can provide activities and references to work done per calendar month, however, the contract is not based on “time and materials” e.g. project-based work.

It also includes breakdowns of resource travel expenses (if incurred while visiting your offices in the U.S.), per diems, Vacations (Given after the resource has completed 12 months working with FS, and U.S. / Mexico Mixed Holiday schedules
